On the morning of your scheduled pick-up, place your garments in a bag of your choosing and leave them outside your front door. Your personal laundry valet will collect your bag during your scheduled pick-up window. Your freshly cleaned clothes will be delivered the very next day, with a new Laundry To-Your-Door garment bag and a door hook to use for future pick-ups. The best part is, you do not need to be home for your pick-up or delivery, and you can track the status of your order every step of the way.

Absolutely! With our new mobile app, you can track your order in real-time, from pick-up to detailing, cleaning and delivery, you will be notified throughout the entire process. Simply log into the app and tap My Orders. The status of your order, garment details and pricing are conveniently available to you at your fingertips. Remember to set out your door hook! 

Laundry To-Your-Door is the only absolutely free pick-up service with guaranteed next-day delivery! And we pride ourselves on promptness! After picking up your items, they'll be expertly cleaned, pressed or folded, and returned to you the very next day. Yes, you read correctly! 

Currently, there are a few items that we are unable to accept for cleaning due to either their nature or the potential risk they may present to our team. The following items cannot be accepted for cleaning: 

Certain non-clothing items
- Pillows
- Area rugs
- Stuffed animals

These specific non-clothing items often require a specialized cleaning process that we are not equipped to provide as clothing care experts.

Contaminated items
We cannot accept items that have been contaminated with:
- Bodily fluids from a human or pet
- Excessive pet hair
- Moisture if the item is still wet or damp
- Mildew
- Bedbugs
- Poison ivy or poison oak oils
- Hazardous chemical residue

We are unable to accept these items due to the potential risk they may pose to the safety of our cleaning experts and/or the risk they may pose to the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. 

Yes, we offer eco-friendly dry cleaning services that use non-toxic and biodegradable solvents. We clean each item according to its label so feel free to throw everything in the bag and our professionals will take care of the rest!

After your order is professionally delivered, your order will be automatically processed for payment using the credit card you provided during sign up.

Yes, we provide a range of alteration and repair services. We offer most of your common alterations and repairs such as new zippers and pants hems along with certain custom requests. Simply let us know what you need and our expert alterations team will find a way to fulfill your request!
