While the most convenient way to schedule a pick-up is to download our mobile app, you may also call or text us at (512) 535-7537, or schedule on our website by clicking the button below. With so many different methods, you have the power to schedule however is easiest for you.
We pick-up, clean, and deliver.
- After you schedule, you will receive a courtesy text the day before your pick-up day. Place your garments in a bag of your choosing outside your front door.
- Pick-ups occur between 6am - 11am. You'll receive a text alert when your laundry valet is enroute, and another when your garment bag has been picked up.
- Your items will be taken to our cleaning partner facility where our team of experts have the knowledge and experience to handle all of your clothing needs.
- Once your items are cleaned to your specifications, they will be delivered fresh to your door the very next day. Deliveries occur between 1pm - 6pm. Click below to see our current service areas.
